Hello Kitty and Snoopy revitalises flip phones

21 August 2011 - In Japan, a certain distinctive item has been gathered by something all cute and pretty. This particular pair of oblong flip phones, with their ubiquitous animated sponsors, would likely bring hordes of people rushing in with their charm straps. Panasonic’s P-06C has a discreet display of Snoopy cool, visible only through two built-in themes. The clamshell phone is equipped with a 3-inch display, 5.1 megapixel camera and sells for about 28,560 yen or USD 375 (approx RM 1125)


The real attention-grabber would be Softbank’s Hello Kitty offering. The Antique Berry-shaded 007SH KT boasts a 3.4-inch display, 16.1 megapixel camera and Android 2.3 packed into a 180 degree foldable handset, which can be yours once it launches next month.
