Bekasi Police confiscates 118 kg of marijuana

Bekasi Police says its officers confiscated 118 kilograms of marijuana during a raid on a warehouse on Wednesday morning.
Three suspected drug dealers -- Ahmad Daud, Reza Oktora and Mohammad Rochmat -- were also arrested in the raid, all of them residents of Harjasari, Bogor.

Bekasi City Police narcotics unit chief Comr. Sangadi said police had initially arrested one of the suspects, Reza, after he was caught red-handed distributing marijuana.

Reza had then told police that the marijuana had been obtained from Ahmad.

Police then arrested Ahmad and confiscated 1 kilogram of marijuana from him. Ahmad then told police the main warehouse used to store the marijuana was in Harjamukti, Bogor.

Police then raided the warehouse and arrested Mohammad, who was allegedly in charge of guarding the marijuana.

Following the raid, police found out that the warehouse belonged to a man named Ucok from Aceh. Ucok remains at large.

Sangadi said the Bekasi Police were still seeking other suspects involved in the network.
